All fine. Personally, I would make the parking outline a bit smaller than the building, thus excluding the wall thickness and the roof installations, and draw exactly around the space markings. That also has the advantage that the amenity is clearer recognisable for the next mapper.

is a parking lot on top of a building.  The roof on the west is at ground
level and it's a two story drop on the north.  The parking lot exactly fills
the building, so I re-used the nodes for a new way with amenity=parking and
layer=1.
