Allen Parkway in Houston is like this, it's most definitely not a trunk (anymore) but there is a section that has grade-separated exits. Fannin Street in Houston crossing Holcombe Boulevard also comes to mind as a non-trunk with a grade-separated exit. -- Shawn K.
