Not exactly clubhouse as such but did find https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:club a little while back, which does also say - club=sport <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:club%3Dsport> + sport <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:sport>=* Usable?
