+1, “pompe bianche” is a meta category you will not find on the ground in this
part either, rather there will be signs with brands you never heard about.
I would leave brands that are already there, and would not tag nobrand=yes
because there is some kind of brand.
If there is a "brand", it may be just a large sign seen from the road, then use
it.
If there is no sign/name that can be seen?
If you know it is “pompe bianche” then adding that to the description tag
should be fine.
