The slow traffic has to pas the sign on the right side. In the Netherlands your supposed to obey all traffic-signs on the right side of the road. I hope this clears a lot and yes there is some barrier (kerbs) between those ways. I should have thought about Mapilllary I don’t use it much. And yes, its a one side only, imagine moving around or crossing slow traffic when you are building these kinds of ways to solve the mix of traffic ? 😊 So, they are build on both sides of the way. Both lanes are separated by 2 straight lines and no one is allowed to cross it, or even for just to overtake, the passing ways are necessary to get the traffic moving. You are not allowed to pass a slower vehicle ! ;_( Greetz Nick
