That is an interesting case of a toll gantry being on the bridge. I fear though that adding that to the bridge that goes over the tolled highway might cause there to be some confusion concerning which road is actually tolled. This is easily worked around though by just adding a node to the tolled road very close to the bridge. This solution would be much cleaner then previous version of polygon toll gantries and is minimally invasive to the data.
