This is not a medical centre, it's the admin office. I've taken a stab at office=foundation, but not totally convinced? https://www.liveslivedwell.org.au/mirikai/ Mirikai is a residential drug & alcohol rehabilitation centre. amenity=social_facility + social_facility=drug_rehabilitation? & yards dedicated to caravan sales? I can find shop=car https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop=car, which says it's a place that sells cars, buses or trucks. Perhaps shop=caravan? Thanks Graeme
