It is particularly questionable in this case to mark the documentation as "approved", and include a proposal link to a proposal for a different scheme (i.e. mountainbiking). While any other user could have convinced me that this was a copy/paste oversight, with the history of a user who had staged a fake voting in the past I can only conclude it was intentional.
