what about the capacity of seats in a reading room? There is a tag “seats” but it is currently defined for benches only: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:seats
there is also capacity, but it could be interpreted to mean different things when attached to a library, seats would be clearer. Cheers, Martin
