This proposal would deprecate camp_site=camp_pitch and camp_site=pitch, replacing these tags with tourism=camp_pitch: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Tag:tourism%3Dcamp_pitch
All 3 tags are currently in use to tag an individual pitch (a.k.a tent site or caravan site in US English) within a campsite or caravan site (a.k.a campground or RV park, US English).
