If I have an object on a highway, like a manhole on a road, or a traffic sign pole or lamp post on a footway, how do I map this object, when it is not on the centreline of the road or footway (and without mapping the highway as an area). Here <https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/hWoCcfHSgD_DQYVirIbBCg> is a nice example of three objects on a combined foot-cycle-way with more ore less the same longitudinal position (with respect of the way that represents it in OSM).
