Hi I dont expect an embankment on a shooting range to be reinforced. The so called bullet-catcher is safely made out of sand or alike just to avoid swurling bullets at the end of the range, the sand allows the projectile to enter to wall and slowing it down. Another advantance is the recovering of bullets will be much easier shifting the material through a strainer.
