I made a mistake. i thought it was a pedestrian square, but it is a
livingstreet, so a T connection from steps to middle livingstreet
carriageway.
This need a *=connection value tag.

My mistake, there you see difference livingstreet and pedestrian area,
handling.
Mostly in a livingstreet there is a kind of lane created with different
stones to guide the vehicles.
Besides this lane, could we speak of a sidewalk or more a pedestrian zone.
Difficult.
