I've just been to La Fauxmagerie in Shoreditch, London, a vegan "cheese"
shop. It's currently tagged as shop=greengrocer, which is clearly wrong
(any fruit and vegetables they sell are in the form of chutney or pickles).
i don't want to use shop=cheese as that is not only misleading, but
could possibly be problematic in France.
For the moment, I'm going to use
shop=deli + diet:vegan=only
as it also sells biscuits, etc. and I think creating shop=vegan_cheese
might be excessively specialised.
