not really - to do any kind of routing that makes sense at all you need
to look at values of highway
in a few cases if any it makes sense to route/display as driveable in the same
way thing such as
- highway=motorway
- highway=cycleway
- highway=construction
- highway=pedestrian
- highway=proposed
it is not like a building=* where values are really freeform
(this should not be treated as endorsement of the median strip proposal)
