1) A new version of the XSL taglib was submitted by Morgan Delagrange some
short time ago; it was announced on this list.

2) www.opensymphony.com has a transform taglibrary available (authored by
Yours Truly) that has been able to cache compiled stylesheets and apply
xsl parameters for quite some time (January 30, 2001 was the original
release date). It's not Jakarta, though, and will not ever be since an XSL
library was submitted by someone else (and put into CVS).
