Thanks James, seems to work fine.
On another note, it appears that the cvs diff used to report changes is not
ignoring whitespace characters, so when your editor added <cr><lf> for the
<lf>, we got a diff of the entire file.
I wonder if that can be fixed, and if it can, by who?
