Further, regardless of the Taglibs Sandbox rules, no taglib, or other ASF component, can be released without a vote of the relevant PMC. As far as I can determine, there has been no vote for a beta release of RDC.

Modified RDC Tag: 1) <rdc:struts-submit> - Added the ability to selectively clear some or all of the RDC session state.
