The org.apache.catalina package is part of Tomcat, and has nothing to do with
Jakarta Taglibs. I'm not a Tomcat developer, so I don't know what's calling the
addDateHeader method, but I would guess that the method is adding an HTTP header
to the response. Again, that has nothing at all to do with Jakarta Taglibs.

I would recommend that you first search the archives for the Tomcat User mailing
list. If you don't find an answer there, post a message to that mailing list.
Please do not simply file another bug report with nothing more than a stack 
trace.
