NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/taglibs/xtags/tags/StyleTag

I looked in the jar and it is in:

org/apache/taglibs/xtags/xslt/StyleTag.class

I also get a similar problem with ParseTag.

Am I the only one with this problem?
