What's the best way to reference different TLD versions? In some of the Jakarta taglibs, it seems that the uri is used to define the version, while others do not seem to show version information. Is the <tlibversion> tag in the TLD reserved? If a tag lib is updated, is there an appropriate place to keep this version information so that a script can be written to find and replace old TLDs with new ones?
