Personally I use it because it's scalable (unlike ASP, and Cold Fusion). Unlike Cold Fusion (which is also incomplete), widely used (unlike PHP), and has an active user community.
Plus I'd rather be dragged behind wild horses across gravel than use a poor Microsoft solution when a better one is awailable.
