Can someone point me to the definitive source for JSTL?
I have what I thought was the latest core (c.tld), but apparently not,
because c:expr returns the following error:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException:
No such tag expr in the tag library imported with prefix c
The version listed inside the c.tld that I have is:
<tlib-version>1.0 EA2</tlib-version>
When I grep this file c.tld, there is no occurrence of <name>expr</name>.
