I would like to extend the SQL tags by adding a tag for
stored procedures. Which is the recommended way about extending
this tag library? Should I just put my new tags in the same directory
tree and rebuild the tag library with my additions?
or is it recommended to put the new tags in a separate directory tree
if feasible?

I noticed that when there are no records returned from a query,
the ${result.rowCount} returns NULL. I guess this is a bug.
