Thanks Thomas for the remembering.

In fact, I already have CSS in two jsp files since I have two sets of screen layout. 
Both jsp files get invoked in 
Tomcat1.4.0, but not in the newest 1.4.1. The 1.4.1 version doesn't involed the second 
file once it has a one in any 
order. Do you know the cause?
