Iam using a tag library descriptor which is as follows:

Iam getting the error:
XML parsing error on file /WEB-INF/jsp/mytaglib.tld: (line 4, col 6): The
processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.
Please give me solutions for this.
