Another IDE to consider : Oracle JDeveloper is an excellent product and is platform independent. The 10g beta is a bit buggy but has some very nice new features, it will be great when it goes final. The JDeveloper 9.03 RC version is rock solid and pretty complete for jsp+java+uml development.
