I created a wpkg package for automatic deploying tahoe clients on each one, so the grid is almost already in place for testing :) Note that i don' want to make it availiable to the end users, it is just for archiving purpose.
Now the question is how to use it ! I have 1Tb to backup from my domain samba server (linux Sarge), approx. 100 Gb on mail and web servers, and as I currently use the backuppc integrated in the admin interface of the server, it may be convenient to use it too. I looked at the different fuse implementations, but they depends on python-fuse, and the version on my sarge server is too old. So I wasn't able to really test it for the moment. I will check it with an etch or ubuntu box. But for preliminary testing i can just use the regular CLI commands to copy backup files, generated by another backup tool to the grid. regards, Denis _______________________________________________ tahoe-dev mailing list [email protected] http://allmydata.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tahoe-dev
