Git doesn't teach me Python, but as a daily git user, I can just say
that I really, really like it quite much and simply use it for nearly
everything. However, I tried Darcs some time ago, too, though it
didn't really work for me (importing the Linux kernel was a no-go at
that time, didn't test later on again, but contributed some patches to
the C code Darcs contains.)
