Okay, so you *aren't* proposing to apply that patch to Tahoe trunk? I'll hold off on reviewing it and applying it then. :-)
I'm almost done implementing repairer. I have lots of ideas about your recent threads, but I'm saving them for after repairer is finished, and possibly for after Tahoe-1.3.0 is released.
