Ironically, because of the title of this thread :-) Ah, and on non-Windows platforms, because "mount Tahoe as a filesystem" part does not work. Currently. Even when it did, it did so so slowly that it did not. Work, that is. IIRC, there is a ticket opened along the lines of "make Tahoe more friendly for rsync".
