If you're not going to rush out another foolscap release in time for Tahoe
v1.5 (with higher/removed limit on furl size), then how about if we add
some explicit detection in Tahoe if its generated furl > 200 bytes then we
get a nice failure message at startup, or in twistd.log, or however we can
communicate to the user. How to communicate to the user about such things
is another open issue. Change the Welcome page to say WARNING BIG FURL?
