I don't think those graphs are reliable, though, as described in #227. However, I do think that those graphs, which are measuring vmsize, should show an upper bound on the number that you care about, so since the vmsize on that 32-bit machine is shown as being around 40 MB on our Performance page graphs, your virtual machine with 512 MiB should work juuuust fine. :-) I used Tahoe-LAFS on Zandr's 266 MHz ARM NAS box yesterday. It has 128 MiB of RAM. It seemed to work okay, but I had to stop experimenting with it since both my ISP and Zandr's router seem to be flaky at the moment (so I could no longer open TCP connections to that box).
