In the long term we'll probably switch to the new fork of setuptools named
"Distribute" http://mail.python.org/pipermail/distutils-
sig/2009-July/012665.html and contribute patches to that project.
For now it wouldn't hurt for you to install {{{setuptools}}} (actually
{{{zetuptoolz}}} 0.6c12dev on your system, but on the other hand we
already have .deb's for {{{zfec}}} so it is okay if your system can't
produce .deb's of {{{zfec}}} at the moment.
