Note that this is true only because Apple's implementation of the
program iCal.app is programmed that way.
The spec does not say anything about this unidirectionality. Other
applications allow for read/write access just fine.
It would seem that if an iCal-spec-speaking application were to be given
knowledge of a Tahoe capability and what to do with one, then publishing
over Tahoe would work fine.
Yet another vote for a good Fuse implementation?
