Hi Folks, A temporary Tahoe grid has been setup at 26C3, all the information is available on the wiki if people want to connect to is.
http://events.ccc.de/congress/2009/wiki/Tahoe-LAFS_Grid I installed a new Tahoe storage node on an small eeepc with a 1.5 TB USB hard disk. This storage node is running Ubuntu 9.10 and I installed Tahoe from the tahoe-lafs package. A few test files have been uploaded to a public directory. http://81.163.130.77:3456/uri/URI%3ADIR2%3Avwt4mtfufbetyliy6opmavkpfi%3Asw2o3ng3hjvwfpja42ca7e5fnvs33xoxv55xk334idkfx3nzoloq/ But when I try to run a deep-check --repair operation on it, it fails with the following error message. franc...@26c3-tahoe:~$ tahoe deep-check -v --add-lease --repair tahoe: /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/foolscap/banana.py:2: DeprecationWarning: the sets module is deprecated import struct, sets, time ERROR: TypeError('NoneType' object is not iterable) [Failure instance: Traceback: <type 'exceptions.TypeError'>: 'NoneType' object is not iterable /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/allmydata/mutable/filenode.py:425:download_version /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/allmydata/mutable/filenode.py:238:_do_serialized /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/twisted/internet/defer.py:195:addCallback /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/twisted/internet/defer.py:186:addCallbacks --- <exception caught here> --- /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/twisted/internet/defer.py:328:_runCallbacks /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/allmydata/mutable/filenode.py:238:<lambda> /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/allmydata/mutable/filenode.py:428:_try_once_to_download_version /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/allmydata/mutable/retrieve.py:113:__init__ franc...@26c3-tahoe:~$ Do you have any idea ?
