dev/2009-December/003331.html -- about the desire to run storage servers
behind forbidding firewall and multiple-NAT situations made me think that
one good solution to that would be to flesh out the erasure-coding-helper
to do mutable files (#281) and immutable download (#268), and then use
helpers as the mechanism to bypass firewalls.
