Tahoe-LAFS v1.7 is in that state where there are several good features that are *mostly* done. That means we have a lot of work ahead of us to get something we can actually release as v1.7 in May. :-)
Here's the list of features. You can use the trac to find the current state. The first one, Servers of Happiness, is just waiting on code review as far as I know.
