The following covers Least Authority’s work for the Tahoe-LAFS Software
Foundation during October 2024:

   Recovery Phrases:
   -

      Continued work on Python 3.12/3.13 support (blocked by upstream; see
      below)
      -

   Create Tahoe-LAFS Mobile from PrivateStorage Mobile
   -

      Spelled out the roadmap in GitLab as part of new Haskell dev’s
      onboarding
      -

      Continued custom grids work
      -

   Port Tahoe-LAFS Mobile to iOS
   -

      Implemented latest fixes from Obsidian on iOS build issues and
      continued to work with them on further fixes
      -

   Replacement for the Current Issue Tracking System - Trac (ticket #4095)
   -

      Continued to work on user stories to compare possible options
      -

      Identified a missing feature in the trac2gitea tool

      -

   Cloud backend for Tahoe-LAFS
   -

      Hired a Haskell developer so that we can resume work on this part of
      the project
      -

   Other/misc.:

      Working on fixing Tahoe’s CircleCI issues

      Continued steps towards re-including Tahoe-LAFS in Debian:
      -

         Investigating replacement “cgi” APIs for Trac ticket #4123
         -

      Assisting with work on improvements to onboarding and documentation
      -

      General maintenance tasks for adjacent projects:
      -

         ZKAPAuthorizer CI revival: Issues #462, #468, #470, #472; PRs
         #463, #465, #467, #469, #471


Additionally, a few hours of our time was spent on project administration
and coordination.
