Hm, okay it really looks like there ''is'' a substantial (2X) slowdown for
using Tahoe-LAFS v1.8.0c2 instead of v1.7.1 on today's (and yesterday's)
Test Grid. I'm re-adding the {{{regression}}} tag which means I think this
issue should block 1.8.0 release until we at least understand it better.
