We have a test that runs regularly on the buildbot which would go red
if a SUMO build downloaded any files. It is named the "desert island
test":

I see. Those "Reading http://..." messages are present even in the
desert island build. They don't imply that anything was downloaded.
But still, why does the desert island build touch the network at all?
If we have all our dependencies locally, we shouldn't be checking online.
