First time for me doing this sort of thing on my computer and I dont follow the jargon or the instructions on what to do next. I have the Python installed on my mac and have the Tahoe-LAFS v1.10.0 downloaded and opened to setuptools but dont know what to do next. Anyone willing to walk me thru this? I would really appreciate it! --
