Ok, so tailor needs a date parser.

I'm trying to see if "darcs optim --modernize" does fix the thing. If
that's the case yes, we can consider that a "repository problem" and
suggest the workaround.

Otherwise, we need a f$£k1ng date parser :\

Yes, it seems I started using darcs just after the transition to iso
date format...
