I just upload a patch which seems to correct the problem.
The handling of the current dir when analyzsing the cvs log was taking out
too much stuff from the file path resulting in incorrect path handling for
the rest of the operations (including infos saved in tailor.state).
I think CVS is to blame here for adding superfluous directories here and
there that has been confused with module names in the log handling.
I'm not sure that the patch is 100% correct (I begin learning python by
debugging this) and some other CVS configurations may trigger the same
kind of bug later.
May be a comment or warning may be added somewhere :-)
Feel free to mail me for further tests or explanations.
