And I failed to give the explanation....

In CVSROOT/modules add a lines like :

module1            dir1 dir2/subdir3 dir2/subdir4

module2            dir3 dir5

exported_to_tailor &module1 &module2

That should do it.

I just read it, does that mean that tailor cannot be used to sync
in general or is it just a special case ?

Because this morning  I just wondering why tailor  does not offer
its sources under all the  supported engines as a convenience for
all  users  ? That'll  make  a nice  test  base  and a  wonderful
advertising :-)

I may have  fail to mention it but I  made some regressions tests
by  myself, i.e.  when  a CVS  module  is root  directory in  the
repository, tailor works as before.
