I've been packaging it for fink too, so it automatically gets pulled
into finkmirrors.net (on the opendarwin servers). You could probably
pull from there if you want (eg
http://distfiles.master.finkmirrors.net/tailor-0.9.23.tar.gz)
It is also on all Debian mirror as I packaged it for Debian...
