I wrote a test against this scenario, and nothing seems wrong... So I
wonder what's going on there! What version of tailor were you using?
Could you please grab latest sources and try running the following test:
$ ./tailor test -v CvsReappearedDirectory
on your site, or even retry your migration and tell the result?
