#88: tailor hangs when trying to convert svn to hg

I am trying to convert my svn repository to mercurial with tailor. When I
run tailor with my configuration it makes it to revision 19, which is
renaming a directory, and hangs taking up 100% of my cpu and making no
system calls (according to strace).
