#110: Trouble converting Darcs source repo to Mercurial

I am using the latest version from your Darcs repo.
In trying to convert a Darcs repo to Mercurial, I'm having several
problems. The process eventually crashes when it tries to hg commit a
file that exists in the tree but Mercurial was never told to watch with hg
add.
But also renames are not working right. "hg mv" should be issued for
them, but instead it seems that Mercurial is being told about the new
names, the old names are being hg rm'd, but hg commit is only being called
for the new ones.
You can easily duplicate these issues; I am converting
http://darcs.complete.org/missingh for this test.
Let me know if I can furnish any more info.
