#113: Delete and rename in one revision

 While migrating (from bazaar to subversion, but it is probably
 irrelevant), I faced following crash. In one source commit there were
 following operations:

  * rename dir1/a dir2/a
  * rename dir1/b dir2/b
  * delete dir1

 Unfortunately tailor does not care about order of operations and it does
 first deletion and then it fails when it should rename a and b
 directories. I tried to add some workaround for this, but I did not
 succeed so far.

 I'm using version 0.9.27.
